Knox lawyer says she "will fight again" ... but not in Italy

After Italy's high court ordered a retrial of American Amanda Knox, one of her lawyers says she will fight again.
(SOUNDBITE)(English) LAWYER REPRESENTING AMANDA KNOX, CARLO DELLA VEDOVA, SAYING:
"She is ready. We went through all this before, we are strong enough, we are going to fight again, she is ready to fight."
Prosecutors accused Knox and along with her boyfriend at the time Raffaele Sollecito --- of killing her roomate Meredith Kercher in 2007 during a drug-fuelled sexual assault.
The two were initially found guilty and sentenced to 26 and 25 years respectively.
Those convictions were overturned in 2011after forensic investigators challenged police evidence, citing multiple errors.
Knox then returned to her home in Seattle Washington after spending four years in jail.
Her lawyer says she will not return to Italy for the retrial.
