This lick is in the key of C♯ major blues.
The chord is F♯9 (IV chord).
This lick is a combination of C♯ major and minor pentatonic scale.
Minor pentatonic elements of this lick is the 12th fret quarter step bend (minor 3rd), 12th fret whole step bend (4th), and the rest is major pentatonic scale.

I always say major pentatonic scale doesn't generally fit IV chord because major 3rd conflicts with ♭7th of IV7. However, if the phrase flows into I chord, major 3rd actually could fit on IV chord as well. It's like virtually the chord changes a little bit earlier. So major 3rd is a tricky one to use. You want to explore on that.

On the technical side, it is cool to slide up to 14th fret instead of the same note on high E string. The same note can sound quite differently depending on the spots and the articulation to play with.
And the last bit of hammer-on is bluesy too. Playing from minor 3rd to major 3rd is a very bluesy approach and you can use this approach on both lead and rhythm guitar.
