US woman gets 2.5 years in jail for teen texting suicide case

A Massachusetts judge sentenced a woman to 2.5 years in prison for goading her boyfriend into suicide via text messages and phone calls in 2014. The verdict is the first time in the state a person has been found guilty of manslaughter only for words.
