Lorenzo Miglietta, the bar manager at Marlowe Bar in Barcelona, created this riff on a Mint Julep in homage of Antoni Gaudí, the Catalan modernist architect whose work serves as the backdrop for this cocktail and is found all over the Mediterranean city.
