Project loon has restored internet to at least 100,000 people in puerto rico. They are balloons to restore cellular and LTE service by floating in the air above the island. Last month, the company partnered with AT&T to try to restore service to part of the island. The balloons allow people todo things like like send text messages and accessing the internet for people with LTE enabled phones.
