Puerto Rico is about to get Internet via air balloons! The FCC approved Google's Project Loon to deliver Internet connectivity to the island after Hurricane Maria. Millions of Puerto Ricans still remain without Internet service. “That’s why we need to take innovative approaches to help restore connectivity," FCC Chairman Ajit Pai.
