Rosetta probe crash-lands on comet after 12 years

After more than $1bn spent, and six billion kilometres travelled, Europe’s Rosetta spacecraft has completed its journey by smashing into the comet it has been chasing for 12 years. Al Jazeera’s Andrew Simmons reports.
