After a great deal of consideration, a grand jury in Ferguson, Missouri issued its decision not to indict officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of unarmed black teenager, Michael Brown. The verdict was expected as were the social repercussions of such a verdict. Our correspondent Andrea Hall reports from the United States
