Hyderabad Blasts: Two dossiers, two crucial leads ignored?

A day after two massive blast rocked Dilsukh Nagar in Hyderabad, the government on Friday (February 22) said that they knew about Indian Mujahideen (IM)'s plan to target Hyderabad. The government also knew that the men who recruited the perpetrators are parked in Pakistan. But the important question is - why did the government not act to stop the blasts?
