Chris Brown returned to court Wednesday to face prosecutor's allegations he lied about completing community service he was sentenced to over Rihanna's infamous 2009 beating. Chris supposedly completed more than 500 hours at the Tappahannock Children's Center, where his moms used to be director, odd jobs such as painting, waxing, cutting grass and picking up trash.
