The magician introduces two decks of cards one red and one blue. A spectator selects a deck and it is placed into their pocket. The spectator takes the remaining deck and removes three cards from it and THINKS of one of them. The spectator now removes the deck from his pocket and looks for the duplicate card to the one he is mentally thinking of. He is stunned to discover the deck only contains 51 cards The card he is thinking of is missing The magician now produces the missing card from his pocket. This is a very strong effect suitable for both close up and stand up. You never touch the decks once the effect begins. Totally self working - even a child can do it
