ROLAND PETIT - Ballet de l'Opéra

Le Ballet de l’Opéra rend à nouveau un indispensable hommage à Roland Petit à travers trois œuvres charnelles, poétiques et théâtrales, de l’un des plus grands chorégraphes du xxe siècles. Le Rendez-vous, Le Loup et Carmen sont réunis autour du thème de l’amour tragique et continuent de briller comme autant de soleils noirs dans l’histoire de la danse et des arts.

Once again, the Opera Ballet is paying well-deserved tribute to Roland Petit with three carnal, poetic and theatrical works from one of the major choreographers of the 20th century. Le Rendez-vous, Le Loup and Carmen all turn around the theme of tragic love and continue to glitter like as many dark stars in the history of dance and the arts.
Performed at the Palais Garnier from March 15th to 29th 2013.
