Rebels make steady gains in Tripoli

Rebels in Tripoli are using Muammar Gaddaf's compound as a staging area to plan operations and discuss deployments.

Elsewhere, leaders from Libya's National Transitional Council are moving one by one from Benghazi to the capital.

The rebels have had great success in taking control of large parts of Tripoli. But there are still parts that they can't even enter, and the area is not completely safe.
