Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow video game review of the arcade version of Pole Position, by Namco. This classic arcade F1 racing game released in 1982 popularized the rear view 3d-esque perspective for the genre, and was eventually ported and remade for countless gaming platforms. Pole Position is playable on many of the Namco Museum collections, iOS, or even the Atari 2600, but speeding along on Fuji Speedway is probably best enjoyed in the original arcade version.
