Classic Game Room HD reviews PAC MAN WORLD for Playstation 1 PS1 from Namco released in 1999. This 20th anniversary Pac Man World game celebrates 20 years of Pac Man (apprpx. 2000) after the game was released in the arcades in 1980. Pac Man World changes the formula drastically and turns Pac Man into a platformer but retains much of the charm of the cartoon series and original game. Graphics are bright and colorful and the environments look great but controls are a serious issue with Pac Man World. Some players might have trouble telling where Pac Man is in a 3D world.
