The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued a warrant for the arrest of Omar al-Bashir, Sudan's president, on charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity in Darfur. Sir David talks to Luis Moreno-Ocampo, the prosecutor at the ICC in The Hague, about the international justice system. Also, Julia Sweig, the director for Latin American studies at the Council for Foreign Relations, joins the show to talk about the relationship between Cuba and the US.
