Knife Sharpening Using The Western Stroke

In this sharpening video I will take a look at the "Western style" of lapping a knife to a stone. This is the way that most people have been taught to sharpen cutlery. I will be using diamond plates and ceramic stones to finish the knife I am sharpening. I will also discuss some do's and don'ts of knife sharpening.
