"Think of Taylor Swift but there would be two of her and she would have a lot more soul, mixed with the kind of sibling harmonies that would make The Rankins question whether they are truly related, ask them to play pretty much any instrument under the sun and you have The Command Sisters." - Chris Martin, CBC Radio

The Command Sisters have been taking the music scene by storm all with a unique sound, hair-raising harmonies and a captivating live show. With incredible original material (not only far beyond their years, but totally and completely their own) these two enchanting performers have emerged quickly onto the scene, and have been stealing hearts, everywhere from Alberta to Tennessee.

After the girls' start in 2005, they quickly went from backtracks and singing at senior's centres, to picking up multiple instruments, writing their own music, and performing at such venues as opening for Gord Bamford at the Shaw Conference Centre!

"The first time I saw The Command Sisters, I was a little stunned. Here were two pixie-like young girls - supposedly newcomers - with the musical skills and stage presence of veteran performers with decades under their belt. The Command Sisters were and are confident, charming, funny ... and most of all ... VERY talented. If you ever have a chance to catch them, do it, because the Command Sisters are going places!" - Ken Regan, CKUA Radio Network

Over the past few years, The Command Sisters have been busy performing at multiple venues and events; CKUA Radio Backstage Series, CKUA Radio Open House, CKUA Good Libations, The Stollery, Mountain View Music Fest, The Works, Central Fest, Disneyland's Southwest Conference, House of Blues Acoustic Brew, Island Folk Fest, CBC's Centre Stage, Festival Place Patio Series, Night of Artists, Homefest, multiple rodeos, fundraisers, festivals, and private functions. They can be heard on CKUA Radio, CBC Edmonton AM, WITRR Nebraska, Celtic Live 365 UK, Women of Substance, Skope Boston, Women's, CACH Vancouver, Indie104 LA, Fort Radio, Edmonton AM Edpod Challenge, and the Prairie Bell's Podcast. The Command Sisters are featured online at The Edmonton Journal, The Buzzin' Box and IAE Magazine. They have also had appearances on Global Television, Breakfast Television, CFRN TV, and Access TV Prime Time.

The Command Sisters were just in Nashville on a month's tour. They performed at multiple venues, some of which include; the famed Blue Bird Cafe! (songwriter night, as well as a one hour show all original songs) Nashville Hootenanny, Balcony TV, and the Billy Block Show.

This proves to be an exciting year as The Command Sisters have also just been selected to play at Hard Rock Cafe Seattle (details to be announced). They also look forward to the summer festivals including Canmore Folk Fest, The Next Fest, The Lilac Fest, Blossom the Blues Best and The Edmonton Folk Fest.

The Command Sisters have also been asked to be a part of U22 Productions. U22 was developed by founder and creator, Rhea March and exists to create credible performance opportunities for Canada's most exceptionally talented and promising young musicians aged 10 to 22.

The Command Sisters are currently recording their second CD.
