FDI in retail will benefit farmers, consumers: Anand Sharma

Commerce Minister Anand Sharma has said that farmers and consumers would benefit the most under the new retail policy. But the decision to allow foreign companies to set up megastores would rest on individual states, who are the sole authority to issue trade license.
