This is “Jerome” – the “Je” in “Jear”. Arlene & Jerome are a husband and wife fitness team in Jacksonville, FL. We are also known as “Zumbajear”! We're also the owners of Studio Jear! In addition to our “second to none” Zumba® Fitness program, we offer, Les Mills BODYPUMP (weight training), Yoga, Self Defense/Martial arts and ZUMBATOMIC® (Zumba for kids ages 3 thru 10!) We’ve got on site babysitting services as well as an on site massage therapist.
In this track “Rosa” – the class learns that intense doesn’t always mean fast, fast, fast….this is an awesome track for the arms and shoulders. Arms should be extended throughout the entire length of the track. Sounds easy to do but it isn’t…
