Udit Narayan At "Just U and Me" Album Launch

Noted musician Bappi Lahri and singer Udit Narayan launched Tripura singer, Krishna aka Mona Roy's debut album ''Just U and Me'' . The event also was marked by the launch of her record label ''KrishShail Music & Entertainment'' with Shailendra Mishra. The album's seven track has some peppy Western music influenced club tracks laced with ballads that showcase Mona's strong and confident vocals. The Bengali girl is already a well-known artist in Calcutta music circuit, and her experience as a pop artist comes through. The album is supported by a video of the title track. ''Mona has put in a lot of effort in her debut album, and she has the potential to move ahead. This is a good time to launch her album as artists now have multiple platforms to showcase their talents. Their newly launched record label will also be a boon to other artists,'' stated Udit Narayan. The album has an excellent title to attract the youth. It will be important to promote the album and the video since today music is more ''watched'' than listened to,'' observed Lahri.
