'Bieber Fever' has hit London's 02 Arena as fans flocked to the singer's Never Say Never premiere.

Thousands of fans queued outside the popular music venue to get a chance to stand on the perimeter of the red carpet for the film premiere.

The singer arrived and greeted the masses from a balcony before moving down the burgeoning ranks of young girls and distributing tickets to the 3D film.
