Swatch founding father laid to rest

A memorial services for the founder of the watchmaking group Swatch was held in the Swiss city of Bern on Saturday. Nicolas Hayek, 82, died of heart failure on Monday while at work at the company he transformed into the world's biggest watchmaking group, englobing classic brands such as Breguet, Blancpain, Longines, Omega and Tissot.
