Bid to prosecute Victorian government over COVID-19 hotel quarantine collapses in court

Families who lost loved ones to COVID-19 in the deadly second wave, say it is appalling no one will be held accountable after all criminal charges against the Victorian government were dropped. The Health Department was cleared of 58 chargers over the bundled hotel quarantine program after a legal loophole meant the evidence of key witnesses can not be used.
