Extras for Chasing the Dragon is a 2023 Chinese-Hong Kong triad action-thriller starring Vincent Wong Ho-shun (王浩信) and Jordan Chan Siu-chun (陳小春) as lead roles. A sequel to 追龙番外篇之十亿探长 Chasing the Dragon (2020).
Ng Sik-ho (陳小春 Jordan Chan Siu-chun) and his childhood friend Tai Siew-wai (何浩文 Dominic Ho Hou-man), who came to Hong Kong from Guangdong to make an illegal living. This story tells how they eventually gain the trust of Inspector Tsui Lok (王浩信 Vincent Wong Ho-shun) and dominated both the gangs andpolice in the streets of Hong Kong.
Tsui Lok was originally just a young man with ambition, who had joined the police originally wanting to serve the public and serve justice. However, he eventually found out that the entire police force is corrupted to the extreme. If he adheres to the principle, will only be sidelined. Under the guidance of his predecessors, he decided to fight in this corrupt system.
In a short period of time he becomes one of the most prized detectives, and massively improved the corruption flow. Later on, as his good friend, Ng Sik-ho's mafia power grows, Tsui Lok knows that it will be impossible to get him to change and reluctantly joined forces with the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC). The two brothers who experienced great ups and downs eventually embarked on two different tracks of life, Ng Sik-ho had to eventually pay a heavy price for his mistakes and incriminating evidence.
