Shcherbakov Light Cruiser - Repair Factory Crafting Event - War Thunder

In this video we take a look at the Shcherbakov class light cruiser devblog. The Shcherbakov was one of the Project 68 bis class of light cruisers that were envisioned as an upgrade to the original Project 68 light cruisers, though fate would see them be cancelled before completion, technically making this a paper ship.

With its introduction as the main naval prize in the Repair Factory Spring Crafting Event, I take a look at what the differences are between the Sverdlov and Shcherbakov and how much difference this will make.
