NSW Police confirm woman died from ‘non-lethal’ round

It's been confirmed that a woman at the centre of a siege in Newcastle last week died after being shot in the chest with a non-lethal round. Krista Kach was tasered and hit by the bean-bag round at the end of a 10-hour stand-off with police in Stockton.
