4 dl (2 cups) sour cream
2 dl (1 cup) tomato paste
2 teaspoons curry
2,5 cm (1 inch) chili, chopped

2 tablespoons japanese soya
salt and pepper

Chicken sticks:
450 g (1 pound) minced chicken
1 dl (1/2 cup) heavy cream
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
1 egg
3 dl (1,5 cup) corn kernels
1 dl (1/2 cup) pickled jalapeños, chopped
1 onion. chopped
2 coves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons japanese soya
salt and pepper
5 dl (2,5 cup) cornflakes cross to bread with
oil to fry

Recipe
Mix 4 dl (2 cups) sour cream with 2 dl (1 cup) tomato paste
Add 2 teaspoons curry
Chop and add 2,5 cm (1 inch) chili
Add 2-3 tablespoons jalapeño layer
Add 2 tablespoons japanese soya
Season with salt and pepper

Chicken sticks
Mix 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs with 1 dl cream
Add 1 egg to 450 g (1 pound) minced chicken and mix well
Add soaked breadcrumbs
Add 3 dl (1,5 cup) corn kernels
Chop and add 1 dl (1/2 cup) pickled jalapeños
Chop and add 1 onion and 2 cloves garlic
Add 2 tablespoons japanese soya
Season with salt and pepper
Form chicken sticks and bread with corn flakes
Fry in oil and serve the sticks with dip
