THE OTHER HISTORY OF SLAVE TRADE - A debate is raging amongst historians: what bearing does the slavery issue have on current relationships between Europe and Africa? Nowadays, the question has to be reviewed in a different light since the taboo concerning slave trade in Africa and Muslim countries has been broken.
