Despite The Government's Efforts To Ensure Inclusivity For Persons With Disability In Kenya, What Is Being Experienced In Reality Renders The Policies A Practical Disinformation. The Constitution Stipulates That Persons With Disabilities Are Entitled To Barrier-Free And Disability-Friendly Environment To Enable Them Have Access To Buildings, Roads, Other Social Amenities, Assistive Devices And Other Equipment To Promote Their Mobility.However Accessibility And Mobility Of Some PWDs In Most Buildings In Kenya Is Only Realized In Papers Rather In Practice.
