A Report Of The Tourism Sector For Year 2022 Demonstrated A Gradual Rise In Performance

The Ministry Of Tourism, Wildlife And Heritage Has Released A Report On The Tourism Industry For The Year 2022 Which Showed An Increase In Income After The Effects Of The Covid-19 Pandemic. Presenting The Report, The Minister In The Ministry Of Tourism, Wildlife And Heritage Peninah Malonza Said That The Tourism Sector , Wildlife And Heritage Contributed To 10.4 Percent Of The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) Equivalent To 9.6 Trillion Us Dollars. 5.5 Percent Of Official Employment In Kenya And It Contributes 4.2 Percent To The Development Of National Resources. Malonza Says That As A Ministry Working Together With The Ministry Of Transport Will Help The Government Harvest Real Big In Both Sectors.
