Hapur police arrested two people named Kailash Chand and Sanjay on December 29 for manufacturing and selling spurious liquor illegally.
The equipment used for making alcohol was also recovered from them.
The accused used to mix urea into the alcohol and used to hide it in a milk vehicle and sell it in Uttarakhand.
