Ukrainian PM Denys Smyhal calls for urgent funding to get through the winter

Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal emphasises the urgent need for money to help the country "get through the winter and save people from a humanitarian catastrophe". Shmyhal was speaking at the conference of International Experts for the Reconstruction of Ukraine.
