Prices in outer Melbourne now similar to CBD suburbs

In Melbourne’s outer south-east, residents are grappling with a rental crisis. Prices are rising in some cases the cost of units are similar to those in the city's inner and wealthier suburbs. Advocates say it means some of the most vulnerable residents aren't able to get a home.
