Couple fined RM20,000 each for abusing adopted daughter

A husband and wife were fined RM20,000 each by the Bandar Baru Bangi Sessions Court on Wednesday (July 27) for abusing their four-year-old adopted daughter.
One of the incidents, which showed the woman hitting the victim with a broomstick, was captured on video and went viral.
