Philadelphia Kettlebell Swings into Action

I gave my 3 dragon boat teams some homework after training this week. A slope 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1- of 2 hand kettlebell swings and jumping jacks. Simple right? Well it was something i wanted them to do on their off days as some active recovery. I thought hey I have to lead by example so hers my go at it with an 80 lb kettlebell. Opps i did round 7 and 3 twice oh well win win, with a time of 3:41
