U.S. President Biden to encourage vaccinations in speech to nation

U.S. authorities say Omicron has taken over as the dominant strain in the United States. It’s so far been found in 43 out of 50 states, and around 90 countries. White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki says the president will be making a speech later today encouraging Americans to get vaccinated.
