Rules for close & casual contacts to change from Nov. 23

South Australia has released more details of its roadmap out of covid restrictions, a week before the state's borders reopen. Fully vaccinated South Australians will only have to quarantine for seven days if they're deemed a close contact. Fully-vaccinated casual contacts will only have to isolate until their first negative test.
