In 2007, the Pakistan cricket team came on a tour of India, where a series of five ODIs and three Test matches were played between the two teams. Former Pakistan fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar has told a funny anecdote about this tour. During this tour, Shoaib Akhtar went to an award function, where he got to have fun with Sachin Tendulkar. Pakistan Cricket Team और Team India के बीच फिलहाल तो पिछले कुछ वक्त से कोई भी Bilateral Series नहीं खेली जा रही। इन दोनों पड़ोसी मुल्कों के बीच Political रिश्ते ठीक नहीं हैं, यही वजह है कि ये दोनों टीमें Cricket के मैदान पर मात्र ICC Events के दौरान ही भिड़ते हैं। 2019 Cricket World Cup के वक्त ये दोनों टीमें आमने सामने थी। हालांकि एक वक्त था जब इन दोनों देशों के बीच लगातार Cricket खेली जाती थी और फैंस को कई रोमांचक किस्से देखने सुनने को मिलते थे। अब Pakistan Cricket Team के पूर्व तेज़ गेंदबाज़ Shoaib Akhtar ने Sachin Tendulkar से जुड़ा एक किस्सा सुनाया है, Akhtar ने कहा की एक पल ऐसा भी आया जब उन्हें लगा की भारतीय फैंस उन्हें मार ही डालेंगे।
