Easiest ever New York Cheese Cake Recipe

New York Cheesecake is probably everyone's favorite dessert. It is classic and the creamy texture never fails disappoint the taste bud. The baking preparation is not too difficult, while there are several versions below is a fairly simple recipe for anyone eager to try this at home.

Ingredients:
1. Biscuit base
- pre-head oven at 150C/302F for around 10mins
- 120g Biscuits (crush to fine crumb)
- 60g Butter (melted)
- grease cake pan side with some melted butter
- wrap the cake pan with aluminium foil
- submerge the cake pan in oven tray (water bath)
- bake for around 10mins or until golden

2. Cheesecake filling
- pre-heat oven at 150C/302F for about 10mins

- 400g Cream cheese
- 120g Granulated sugar
- 300g Whipping cream /or cooking cream
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract /or essence
- 1/4 lemon juice
- pour the mix to cake pan with biscuit base
- submerge the cake pan in oven tray (water bath)
- bake for 30mins at 180C/356F and another 30mins at 150C/302F
The middle of the cake should have a slight jiggle, then it is done.
If it appear as though there is still liquid beneath the cake surface, bake for another 4-6 mins and check again.
