The Western Cape says it’s still trying to source its own vaccines, over and above the initial 1-point-5 million doses already secured from India for the country’s frontline workers. But in the meantime, the province has finalised its rollout strategy. It’ll be a phased programme with Western Cape healthcare workers being first in line. And then the province will be working closely with the Electoral Commission of SA, which will help with the logistics to vaccinate millions of residents.  eNCA's Ayesha Ismail reports.
