Sixty-seven-year-old Chua Teong Huat has publicly apologised to deputy health minister Dr Lee Boon Chye for openly flouting the smoking ban and hurling insults at him. Chua together with another man in a viral video showed them smoking in front of a “no smoking” sign in a market in Taiping, Perak. Lee has accepted the apology.
