Hii everyone,
After trying and experimenting many different recipes on #howto make soft and fluffy pancakes, I finally figured out the Perfect recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup All purpose Flour/Maida
4 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Baking Powder
½ tbsp Baking Soda
1 Egg (at room temperature)
1 cup Buttermilk (¾ cup Milk + 1 tbsp Vinegar)
3 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
⅓ cup Milk(Add only if batter is too thick)
(In total I used 1 cup Milk in this recipe)
Chocolate Syrup
Honey
