Footage shows a delivery rider wriggling nervously after moving between two buses.

In the video, the rider is seen approaching a tight curve at a highway in Quezon City, the Philippines on July 4 when the two speeding buses caught up with him and overtook him on the road simultaneously.

The rider, who wanted to remain anonymous, claimed he saw two bus drivers that appeared to be racing with each other.

He said: "I have already forwarded the video to the bus line companies so they can take proper action.

"I hope everyone tries to be more careful when on the road because an accident can happen anytime."

Buses in Metro Manila region are now allowed to operate with the more relaxed coronavirus quarantine guidelines.

However, the Department of Transportation is implementing strict COVID-19 road-worthiness rules which means that not all of the vehicles will be able to drive.
