A man has been arrested after spitting and spraying oil on pedestrians in southern China on February 4.
In the CCTV clip, shot in the city of Chongqing, a man followed several female pedestrians and spat or sprayed salad oil on their backs.
According to reports, the 25-year-old man named Guo had an argument with his girlfriend and felt depressed. So he deliberately spat and sprayed oil on pedestrians to release his frustration.
Police arrested Guo after receiving reports from frightened people.
