Storm Ciara Takes Reigns Over Europe

Storm Ciara brought flooding and massive waves to Western Europe, Sunday, Feb. 9. Trains, flights and ferries have been canceled and weather warnings issued across the United Kingdom as a storm with hurricane-force winds up to 80 mph (129 kph) batters the region. London's Heathrow Airport and several airlines decided to consolidate flights Sunday to reduce the number that would be canceled by heavy winds.
