Tensions between Iran and the United States have been steadily increasing. Iran on Wednesday attacked US military bases in Iraq with ballistic missiles. Media reports say that Iran fired 16 ballistic missiles one after the other. In addition to Iraq's Al-Assad airbase, a missile was fired at the American Institute in Irbil. However, not a single American soldier was hurt in the attack.

ईरान-अमेरिका के बीच तनाव लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है। जनरल कासिम सुलेमानी की मौत से बौखलाए ईरान ने बुधवार को इराक में अमेरिकी सैन्‍य ठिकानों पर बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल्स से हमला किया। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स में कहा जा रहा है कि ईरान ने एक के बाद एक 16 बैलेस्टिक मिसाइलें दागी। इराक के अल-असद एयरबेस के अलावा इरबिल में अमेरिकी संस्‍थान पर मिसाइल दागी गई। लेकिन, हमले में एक भी अमेरिकी सैनिक को चोट नहीं आई।
