Iraq PM reveals reason why Qasem Soleimani was in Baghdad before death. Iraq's caretaker Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi on Sunday said that the late Iranian commander, Qasem Soleimani, had travelled to Baghdad to reach a diplomatic agreement between Saudi Arabia and Iran and to 'discuss de-escalating tensions'between the two countries.
