GivingTuesday with Helping Hands for Freedom

Today is GivingTuesday! GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world on December 3rd and every day. Let today be a day to donate to a charity, or better yet, decide to give of your time to volunteer! Helping Hands for Freedom is a Phoenix-based 501(c)(3) organization that helps families of fallen, wounded and deployed military with life needs such as mortgage, rent, car payments and utilities. They also take Gold Star families and wounded veteran families to special events such as the Phoenix Zoo Lights, or sporting events. They are one of the recipients that AZTV supports with the Hometown Heroes Toy Drive and this year, 300 children will be attending Zoo Lights and picking out a Hometown Heroes Christmas present.
