A python leapt out of a pool and caught a tiny deer in its jaws as it bent down to drink water in India.The unlucky animal was with several other members of its herd as they stopped to rehydrate at the pool of water in Maharashtra, in the west of the country. CCTV footage shows how the deadly snake sensed its opportunity and jumped with lightning speed at the deer - plunging its fangs into its head.
